Hey team, my name is Mia Green and I’m so excited to bring you my 20 week gym focused guide that I have created. The workouts I have created for you to complete over the next 5 months have worked extremely well for me personally by utilizing them over a long period of time alongside the correct diet and I just knew I had to share this guide with you all to try it for yourselves and gain the results you’re looking for! I have been training for around 5/6 years now and have spent those years learning about fitness, health, well-being and weight training to better my knowledge and bring you all the correct, most credible information I possibly can. To help with this I passed my level 2 personal training qualification this year to help better my knowledge! I always want to only spread correct information which I believe to have worked extremely well for me, and try and diminish the false fitness myths and accusations that often circulate social media, for example if you are a woman and you lift weights you will look manly, or that women can only train legs never upper body… this is absolutely not the case ladies!! I do not condone any false fitness information to be circulated around the internet or on my page and I try to talk about and show to my community the most helpful and useful information on many different topics within fitness and help in the best way I possibly can to people of many different ages.
